By entering the premises of Al Saif Graphics and/or using our Visitor Management System (VMS), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which are legally binding:

🆔 Visitor Registration Requirement
All visitors are required to register upon arrival, providing valid government-issued identification. Refusal to provide such information may result in denial of access.

🔐 Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Any data, designs, discussions, or information shared during your visit are the intellectual property of Al Saif Graphics and must be treated as strictly confidential. Disclosure, reproduction, or use of such material without prior written consent is prohibited and may result in legal action.

🎥 CCTV Surveillance & Security Monitoring
The entire premises are under continuous video surveillance for the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property. By entering, you consent to being monitored and recorded.

🚫 Code of Conduct
Visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate removal from the premises and possible legal consequences.

📦 Personal Belongings
Al Saif Graphics will not be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought onto the premises.

🗃️ Data Protection & Privacy Compliance
All personal data collected through the Visitor Management System will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws (such as the UAE Data Protection Law or GDPR, if applicable). Your data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.

⚖️ Legal Compliance & Liability
Visitors agree to comply with all local laws and company policies during their stay. Al Saif Graphics reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in the event of any breach of these terms.
